Strength & Conditioning Coaching
What is strength & conditioning?
Strength and conditioning is the structured development of the physical qualities that underpin performance — strength, power, speed, and the capacity to repeat efforts without breaking down.
It isn't gym work bolted onto your sport. Done properly, it's programmed around your sport, sequenced across your season, and progressed on evidence rather than enthusiasm. The difference between training and simply working hard is structure: knowing what each session is for, how it fits the block, and when to back off.
Two things it reliably delivers. Performance — strength underpins speed, power, repeat effort and running economy, and improving it improves most of what sits above it. And durability — strength training is among the most effective injury-risk reduction methods available across sports, and the effect is substantial.
You don't need to be an athlete for it to be worth doing. But the programming should look completely different depending on whether you're a sprinter, a marathon runner or a hybrid athlete — and most generic programmes don't reflect that.
How it works
Programming is delivered through an app with video demonstrations, updated as you progress, with support by message between sessions.
Built around you. Your training age, your competition calendar, your available equipment and days, and the specific qualities your sport actually demands.
Periodised properly. Accumulation, intensification, peaking and deload — sequenced so you arrive at competition prepared rather than accumulating fatigue you never shed.
Barbell strength as the foundation. Squat, deadlift, press and their variations, coached technically and progressed on real numbers.
Sport-specific from there. Sprinters and throwers need rate of force development and elastic quality. Endurance athletes need strength that improves economy without adding fatigue to an already heavy week — managing the interference effect properly rather than pretending it doesn't exist. Hybrid and Hyrox athletes need work capacity that doesn't cost them strength. These are genuinely different problems.
